As our Head of Sales Strategy & Operations for ANZ, you'll own the strategy and execution engine behind our entire sales organization across all verticals and segments. This means designing go-to-market playbooks, building sales forecasting and incentive frameworks, optimizing merchant acquisition and investment motions, and driving cross-functional initiatives that improve how we sell, what we sell, and who we sell to. You'll be responsible for turning market intelligence and commercial insights into operating plans that drive sustainable, profitable growth. We're looking for someone who is analytical, commercially sharp, and energized by building structure in a fast-moving, competitive market. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.
