About The Position

dormakaba is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement & Market Strategy North America based in Indianapolis. IN. This individual has responsibility for driving alignment, effectiveness, and growth across the region’s commercial organization. This leader ensures sales teams operate with consistent methodologies, optimized processes, and data-driven insights while delivering actionable market intelligence to inform go-to-market strategies. Partnering closely with regional sales leaders and business stakeholders, the role strengthens sales enablement, evolves sales methodology, advances pricing excellence, and enhances commercial competitiveness. With a focus on both field readiness and market strategy, this position requires strong executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the North American commercial organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 10+ years experience spanning Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Strategy
  • Previous experience leading a sales team or achieving sales targets
  • Proven end-to-end Salesforce expertise, with mastery of the platform to drive sales processes, reporting, and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated expertise to define and lead pricing strategy, optimize margins, and recommend sales compensation approaches to improve commercial effectiveness
  • Proven experience shaping and implementing go-to-market strategies, and commercializing new products

Responsibilities

  • Lead market intelligence for North America, analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform commercial strategy and guide business leaders on growth opportunities.
  • Drive commercialization and product launch readiness, developing playbooks, field enablement materials, and go-to-market plans to ensure successful adoption of new products and solutions.
  • Own the North America sales enablement strategy, establishing consistent sales methodologies, tools, and training that improve effectiveness across diverse sales teams.
  • Support strategic growth planning, partnering with commercial and business leaders to translate market insights and organizational priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on pricing strategy, supporting initiatives that drive pricing excellence, margin optimization, and consistent pricing approaches across the organization.
  • Strengthen commercial operations through Salesforce CRM, improving lead management, pipeline visibility, reporting, and overall customer lifecycle management.
