About The Position

We are looking for a commercially driven and operationally strong Head of Corporate Sales in North America. This role co-leads strategy, performance, and team development while directly managing the current Corporate Sales team. Sitting at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and operations, this leader will drive revenue growth, strengthen commercial discipline, and expand the channel's reach through strategic partnerships and new business development across major corporate travel, booking, and expense ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, corporate sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships, with prior experience leading or developing a team
  • Proven track record managing large accounts and complex commercial relationships
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel, distribution platforms, or API-enabled partnerships
  • Ability to balance people leadership, commercial strategy, and day-to-day execution effectively
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills across commercial, operational, legal, and technical functions
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Nice To Haves

  • hands-on experience with major booking or expense ecosystems strongly preferred
  • North America market experience preferred
  • background in travel, transportation, or mobility is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the North America Corporate Sales team, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and a culture of accountability and ownership
  • Own and grow the Corporate Sales channel by building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities across enterprise and corporate accounts
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value corporate sales opportunities, with a focus on larger and more strategic accounts
  • Develop and expand partnerships across corporate travel, booking, and expense ecosystems, including distribution models and API-related integrations
  • Oversee the existing corporate sales portfolio, maintaining strong account management standards, contract performance, and revenue contribution
  • Build scalable processes for pipeline management, account planning, and performance tracking using Salesforce and other commercial tools
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Product, and Distribution teams to drive alignment and move strategic opportunities forward
