SDBotox is a fast-growing, multi-location medical aesthetics company known for delivering exceptional patient experiences, clinical excellence, and a strong, values-driven culture. As we continue to scale, we are building a best-in-class commercial engine across marketing, sales, and operations to support sustained same-store growth and expansion. The Head of Sales is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling SDBotox's sales function across all locations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and patient experience—owning lead management, conversion strategy, and revenue-driving systems. This is a highly operational, systems-driven leadership role focused on developing SOPs, defining KPIs, and driving accountability across the call center, aesthetic consultants, and front desk teams. Success in this role is measured primarily by same-store growth, lead conversion, and overall funnel performance.
