We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Revenue Operations to build and lead the Revenue Operations function at Sokin on a global basis. This is a high-impact role for someone who has done this before. A senior RevOps leader who can create structure, introduce the right tools, build reporting and forecasting capability, and establish the processes, metrics, and operating rhythms needed to support scale across multiple regions. You will be responsible for building the Revenue Operations foundation from scratch, ensuring the commercial organisation has the systems, data, insights, and governance needed to drive performance globally. This includes owning CRM strategy, evaluating and implementing the right tools, building scalable reporting and forecasting models, creating KPI frameworks, and partnering closely with commercial leadership to improve decision-making and execution across all regions, including the US.
