About The Position

Profound is the marketing platform for AI search, helping brands understand and control how they show up across AI-powered experiences. We work with companies like Ramp, Figma, Chime, Calendly, and DocuSign to turn AI search from a black box into a measurable growth channel. Backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures, we're building the infrastructure powering modern AI visibility, from insight to action to automation. We're an early-stage team across NYC, SF, Buenos Aires, and London, moving quickly on one of the most important shifts in technology. As Head of Real Estate & Workplace, you'll own how Profound shows up physically in the world. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, legal, and culture. You'll manage the complexity of opening offices in new jurisdictions while making sure every space feels intentional, functional, and distinctly Profound. You'll also manage and support the office managers who keep our workplaces running smoothly day to day. We're looking for someone who has helped scale a high-growth company before and knows how to balance speed, quality, and operational rigor.
