The Head of Quality Management is a senior leader responsible for establishing, governing, and continuously improving the PG-wide Quality Management System (QMS). This role defines and drives the Quality Strategy, ensuring alignment across all business units and functions to improve quality outcomes, reduce risk, and enhance customer satisfaction. This leader has dual accountability: Building and governing the enterprise Quality Management foundation (strategy, standards, systems, and capabilities), and Leading distributed QA/QC execution teams embedded within business units, ensuring consistent application of standards while enabling business-specific operational excellence. The role serves as the central point of accountability for quality performance across PG, driving cross-functional alignment, transparency, and measurable improvements in key quality metrics (e.g., Cost of Quality, First-Time Quality, and CAPA effectiveness).
