The Head of Projects and Planning role is a remote position with travel requirements to Newmedica offices and clinics. This role reports to the Commercial Director and is responsible for developing and executing business planning processes, overseeing performance, supporting strategy development, and embedding project management best practices. The position involves leading the creation and governance of long-term and annual plans, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable initiatives, and monitoring progress. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders to maintain visibility of projects, manage risks, and ensure focus on high-impact activities.
