About The Position

Ivo is seeking a Head of Product to lead the product's next stage of growth. This is a full ownership role where you will set the strategic direction for a platform that is expanding its offerings and target market. The role requires continuous reassessment of AI capabilities and their impact on user experience and defensible value. The company is at an inflection point, transitioning from founder-led product to leader-driven.

Requirements

8+ years in product management.
At least 3 years owning a function or significant scope at a B2B software company.
Ability to work well with engineers and earn their trust.
Ability to balance current LLM capabilities with future projections.
Experience owning a product function.
Experience shipping enterprise B2B software into complex organizations.
Experience getting energy from building delightful experiences for end users.
Experience understanding customer problems and solving them.
Good judgment about areas needing to be best in the world vs. applying the 80/20 rule.
Ability to move fast, communicate clearly, and know where process is helpful.
Experience working closely with an enterprise sales-led motion.
