About The Position

Trustmi is a leading payment security company helping organizations prevent socially engineered fraud, payment errors, and vendor-related financial risks. Our platform protects businesses from B2B payment fraud by securing the entire payment lifecycle through automation, validation, and risk intelligence. We work with global enterprises and fast-growing companies to protect critical financial operations and enable secure business payments. We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead our product organization and drive the next stage of growth for our platform and support our current Product team and R&D processes. This role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution. You will work closely with executive leadership, R&D, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define product vision, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that solve real customer problems. In addition, you will manage and oversee an R&D feature team in their day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2B SaaS environments, preferably in cybersecurity, fintech, fraud prevention, risk management, or enterprise software.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience leading B2B SaaS products from strategy through execution.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, fraud prevention, payments, or enterprise platforms — a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with global teams — an advantage.
