About The Position

Our client is building the Large Work Model for regulated enterprise. It is autonomous AI that learns directly from operator behaviour at the OS layer and runs complex workflows inside a customer's own VPC, with a regulator-defensible audit trail. Paying Tier-1 US bank customers are live. The Series A is imminent. This is the moment to join as the first product leadership hire. Why this role stands out You are defining a new product category. Requirements

  • 7 to 15 years of product experience, with 3+ years in a product leadership role at a B2B enterprise software company or AI-native startup
  • Track record taking a product from early signal through to enterprise adoption and beyond pilots. The "0 to 1 then 1 to 30" story
  • Deep sales-led enterprise instincts: experience with long cycles, InfoSec reviews, procurement, and regulated buyers (financial services, insurance, or healthcare strongly preferred)
  • Enough technical depth to hold a roadmap conversation with a CTO and an ML engineer without needing a translator in the room
  • Startup builder mindset. Has been a founding PM or built a product function; comfortable creating process and culture from scratch
  • Able to travel regularly to New York for customer meetings (roughly one week per month if remote-based)
  • 5 - 15 years of experience in B2B enterprise product management, with leadership experience
  • Scaled a product from early signal to enterprise adoption
  • Built product function or was first PM at a startup

Nice To Haves

  • Background at AI-native startups or enterprise software companies with strong regulated industry GTM
  • PLG track record from a prior role, relevant as the company opens mid-market and self-serve motions from 2027 onwards

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap connecting technical capability to enterprise adoption, retention, and expansion
  • The human-agent interaction layer, specifically improving how enterprise ops teams trust, supervise, and work alongside autonomous agents
  • Workflow scoping for new customer deployments and post-pilot expansion plays
  • Translation between a senior ML engineering org and Tier-1 bank ops, risk, and compliance buyers
  • First PM hire within 90 days, scaling the product team to 3 to 4 PMs by end of 2027
