About The Position

myAbode is seeking its first dedicated product leader to define the future of its product offerings. The role involves owning three product engines: the consumer marketplace, the agent CRM, and an AI lead nurture engine. The company is profitable, growing, and looking to leverage its position to drive future revenue growth. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy to capture these opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management.
• 2-3 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, Director of Product, founding PM, or similar).
• Excitement to re-learn product building methodologies in the era of AI.
• A track record of moving acquisition, conversion, activation, or retention metrics on a consumer product.
• Experience designing and running A/B tests, including hypothesis design, sample sizing, and interpreting results.
• Experience building a product, function, or team from the ground up.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features in production.
• A deep willingness to get hands-on with AI tools (like Claude) and likely deploy webpages or prototypes directly.

Nice To Haves

• Real estate or proptech experience.
• Two-sided marketplace experience.
• Ability to read code, scope work with engineers, and assess technical trade-offs.
• Mobile product experience.
• Experience with consumer brands at millions of monthly visitors.
• CRM or admin-side product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the consumer marketplace, focusing on growth through experimentation and A/B testing to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Enhance the proprietary in-house CRM platform for agents, leveraging a talented team and AI development to improve its functionality.
• Develop and improve the proprietary lead nurture and matching engine, utilizing AI to optimize lead assignment and engagement until transaction.
• Decide where future revenue growth will come from and build the product to capture it.
• Develop a product strategy for existing products within 30 days.
• Ship AI-powered features in production.
• Get hands-on with AI tools and deploy webpages or prototypes directly.
