About The Position

Uare.ai is seeking a Head of Product to lead the end-to-end user experience for Individuals, Professionals, and Subscribers on their platform. This role involves setting product direction across web, mobile, and desktop, and transforming a research-focused surface into a daily-use product. It's a hands-on, builder-oriented position where the Head of Product will work directly with the CEO and AI Engineering, making key decisions about product releases.

Requirements

5+ years in senior product roles with a proven track record of shipping products to a broad audience.
Deep understanding of applied AI, including current model capabilities and limitations.
Ability to distinguish between research demonstrations and shippable features.
Sufficient technical fluency to engage in architectural and trade-off discussions with engineering.
A strong product perspective that is adaptable based on evidence.
Comfort working in an early-stage environment with a dynamic roadmap and scope definition.
Commitment to the ethical considerations of AI, particularly concerning user data like voice and life stories.
A growth mindset, optimizing for outcomes, using best practices and experimentation, and focusing on key metrics.

Responsibilities

Own the product vision and roadmap for the Uare.ai platform across web, mobile, and desktop.
Develop the Human Life Model from a research concept into a completed user experience.
Translate user feedback from Individuals and Professionals into actionable requirements, narratives, and specifications for engineering.
Collaborate with AI Engineering on Voice Capture, Thoughts Feed, Skills, Memberships, and Credits.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to final release, ensuring high quality.
Define and utilize key performance metrics to drive product decisions.
Build and lead the product function as the team expands.
