About The Position

Impact Scale is looking for a builder who gets excited about creating products from scratch, solving difficult problems, moving fast, and building technology that directly impacts the growth of multiple businesses. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is energized by turning ideas into reality. The Head of Product will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape the future of Impact Scale’s portfolio of brands, internal software, AI products, and technology platforms. This position is ideal for someone who sees a problem and immediately starts building a solution.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy across all Impact Scale companies and internal brands.
• Lead products from idea to launch with speed and high standards.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, AI, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build internal platforms, automation tools, AI systems, customer-facing products, and technology that powers our businesses.
• Constantly identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale operations, and create competitive advantages.
• Make fast, data-informed decisions while balancing long-term vision with immediate business needs.
• Ship products quickly, learn from users, iterate, and repeat.
