About The Position

LocalStack is a fast-growing Series A startup building cutting-edge technology to revolutionize cloud development processes and support highly efficient dev&test feedback loops. We are seeking a Head of Product to lead our AI pillar and expand our core product offering. LocalStack provides secure local sandboxes that simulate cloud environments, enabling AI agents and software developers to find and fix risks faster and more effectively than they can in the cloud. Our customer base ranges from SMBs to Global Fortune 500 companies, including NASA, Harness, IBM, Workday, Comcast, Apple, 3M, and Block. We are a globally distributed team, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with an engineering office in Vienna, Austria, and remote team members across many countries.

Requirements

Experience in the devtooling, devX, cloud infrastructure or similar space, working with engineers as core users
Affinity with AI and hands on experience building AI native solutions
Experience leading a product team, while still maintaining hands on approach
Background in software engineering

Responsibilities

Develop AI pillar in our core product offering, commercialising opportunity
Lead the product roadmap in collaboration and with input from leadership team, keeping finger on the pulse of the market
Grow usage and stickiness of existing LS product suite: AWS, Snowflake and Azure emulators
Expand the product suite: introduce, position and grow new products in the cloud platform and auxiliary devX tooling space
Create a thriving platform and ecosystem, positioning LS as the leader in the space
