Head of Product Operations

Canary Technologies CorpNew York, NY
$200,000 - $240,000

About The Position

Canary Technologies is seeking a Head of Product Operations to serve as the operating system for their product organization. Requirements

  • Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI and analytics tools (Omni, Amplitude, Looker, or similar).
  • Track record of owning KPI frameworks and instrumentation standards across multiple products and stakeholders.
  • Sharp program management skills to run the alpha → beta → GA lifecycle process across a multi-product organization.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate operational realities into clear frameworks and gain buy-in from various teams.
  • Experience in hospitality tech, enterprise SaaS with strategic accounts, or scaling product analytics at a growth-stage company.
