About The Position

This position manages the development and modification of monetization strategies for games, mobile applications and/or other electronic media including in-game micro transactions, subscription fees, advertisements and/or purchasable downloadable content. It oversees the work of monetization analysts and coordinates with other functions including sales, marketing, finance and product development to review and implement new monetization strategies and features. The role also coordinates with product development teams to provide direction and insight for the integration of monetization components into product design. The Head of Product Monetization selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Incumbents whose primary duty is determining overall pricing models and/or strategies or implementing pricing proposals across the organization should be matched to Product Marketing - Pricing.
