Head of Product

DiaceuticsParsippany-Troy Hills, NJ

About The Position

At Diaceutics, we are dedicated to ensuring every patient receives the right treatment at the right time. We empower leading pharmaceutical companies with an end-to-end solution for launching precision medicine diagnostics, powered by DXRX – The Diagnostic Network®. DXRX is the world's first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating diverse real-world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories. The Head of Product will lead and develop the product function across all Diaceutics product areas. This role is crucial for establishing a cohesive and aligned strategy for product development, prioritization, and execution across various customer segments. The Head of Product will ensure the entire product portfolio operates as a unified entity, characterized by clear prioritization, effective planning cycles, and robust cross-functional alignment. This is a foundational hire for a new structure, tasked with building a high-performing product organization that translates strategic objectives into tangible customer value, commercial growth, and market differentiation. The individual will shape this function as it is built, sequentially hiring product area teams and adapting the structure as the work evolves, particularly with the integration of AI tooling. This role requires comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to establishing the function while it is still in development. Product development at Diaceutics is intrinsically linked with data; every product is built upon the DXRX data asset. Consequently, product and data decisions are made collaboratively. Data feasibility is confirmed prior to prioritization, the Data function acts as a design partner from the outset, and roadmaps are jointly developed with data leadership.
