About The Position

Finario is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to lead its product marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, working closely with product and sales leadership, customer-facing teams, and enterprise clients. The Head of Product Marketing will own how Finario's products are positioned, understood, and sold, leading end-to-end product marketing efforts from target market definition, messaging, and pricing to enabling sales and driving pipeline and retention. This role requires someone experienced in building strategies that move revenue, comfortable with both strategic documents and sales interactions. The position is based in Stamford, CT.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, including leading or mentoring a team, ideally in B2B SaaS selling to finance, operations or data-driven enterprise buyers
  • A track record of owning product marketing strategy and connecting it to revenue outcomes
  • Deep familiarity with solution and value-based selling, and the ability to shape how Sales teams position and close complex enterprise deals
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Comfort and skill in presenting to live audiences, whether at a trade show or on a webinar
  • Proven ability to drive results-focused marketing strategies while maintaining a clear strategic vision
  • Strong ability to collaborate across teams, influence without direct authority and build credibility with Product, Sales and customer stakeholders
  • Comfort with finance concepts such as ROI, NPV and budgeting, and the ability to speak credibly to finance audiences
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, navigating ambiguity with confidence and building structure from the ground up
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Background in CFO-office software such as FP&A, EPM/CPM, ERP, spend management or capital planning
  • Experience marketing to industrial, manufacturing or other asset-intensive enterprises
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategy

  • Familiarity with AI tools and SEO/GEO, with a clear point of view on how to apply them to marketing workflows and content at scale

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing strategy, including target market definition, positioning, messaging, pricing, and expansion into new industries and markets.
  • Translate complex capabilities, such as Finario Predict (AI for capital project forecasting and benchmarking), into clear, value-based narratives and ROI proof points for CFOs, FP&A leaders, and operations executives.
  • Partner with the Head of Product to conduct competitive and market analysis, bring the voice of the market into planning, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Build sales enablement materials such as pitch frameworks, competitive intelligence, objection handling, customer proof points, and business-case tools.
  • Develop training systems and curriculum to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Own demo strategy and storylines, including interactive demos, to move enterprise deals forward.
  • Develop and refine collateral, sales tools, and product storytelling assets to improve engagement and conversion across the buyer journey.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to grow revenue, improve retention and expansion, and leverage customer wins for case studies and references.
  • Establish Finario as an authority on enterprise capital planning through content, public speaking, and media contributions.
  • Ensure product messaging feeds organic search strategy and lead generative engine optimization (GEO) content.
  • Drive launch planning across Product, Marketing, and Sales for new capabilities.
  • Build and lead the product marketing function, hiring and developing talent.
