About The Position

Rentman is a B2B SaaS scaleup building a smart, powerful operations management platform for event and production teams. Our users plan everything from small shoots to massive festivals in 70+ countries and rely on Rentman to keep their gear, people, and timing perfectly in sync. We are based in Utrecht (NL) with a second office in Toronto (CA), and our team includes 100+ people from 30+ nationalities. Rentman is entering a new phase of growth, and Product Marketing is where our product-led strategy turns into revenue. As Head of Product Marketing, you are the commercial counterpart of our Head of Product: together you shape the multi-product portfolio vision, the roadmap per product, and the pricing and packaging model that keeps Rentman defensible in an AI-driven market. In our PLG flywheel, you are accountable for Convert and Expand: sharp positioning and messaging for every product so the go-to-market team runs on one story, and lifecycle programs that grow expansion revenue. You own the commercial context layer, keeping positioning, ICP and messaging current and adopted, and deciding which intelligence layer learnings get approved into it. You bring win/loss, pricing and trial data into roadmap and pricing decisions as an equal voice to Product, and you support the commercial team in expanding market share in North America and UKI, building partnerships and integrations, and moving up-market. You lead a team of five product marketers and grow them into an AI-native Product Marketing team by raising their bar rather than doing their work: context, prioritization and coaching. You are measured by what your team delivers, not your own output. As part of the Commercial Management Team, with Sales, Demand Generation and RevOps, you help build an AI-native operating model that amplifies our competitive edge.

Requirements

6 to 10 years of experience in product marketing.
3 to 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
Experience in vertical SaaS.
Strong track record in pricing and packaging.
Strong track record building value propositions that hold up commercially.
You debate with data, so that every pricing, packaging or positioning call is backed by evidence.
You take ownership of outcomes and you are goal oriented in how you get there.
You stay curious about the market, the product and your own team, and you keep growing into the complexity of a scaling multi-product business.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Product Led Growth, where users activate through trial and self-serve exploration.
Experience with multi-product platform propositions, where distinct products can be sold individually or as one suite.
Experience with acquisitions and merging them commercially into an existing proposition.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain sharp, differentiated positioning and messaging for every product, so the whole go to market team runs on the same story.
Responsible for improving and reshaping the pricing and packaging of Rentman towards an AI proof model.
Grow expansion revenue through retention and lifecycle programs.
Lead and develop a team of five product marketers, measured by what the team delivers, not by your own output.
Own the commercial context layer: keep positioning ICP and messaging current and adopted, and decide deliberately what intelligence layer learnings get approved into it.
Lead and develop a team of five product marketer into an AI native Product Marketing team, measured by what the team delivers, not by your own output.
Support the commercial team in expanding market share in North America and UKI, building partnerships and integrations, and moving up market.
Bring commercial evidence such as win and loss data, pricing data and trial behavior into roadmap and pricing decisions, as an equal voice to Product.
