This position is with Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business unit, which focuses on empowering people to transform industries and provide customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. The role involves owning and steering global pricing and sales enablement governance, standards, and compliance. It requires defining scalable processes and guardrails for disciplined regional and local execution, acting as a senior sparring partner to business teams, and driving transparency on pricing performance through KPIs and analytics. The Head of Pricing Governance & Sales Enablement will also serve as the global business owner for pricing tools, data standards, and target architecture, and lead capability building and strategic initiatives in pricing and sales enablement.
