About The Position

This position is with Henkel's Adhesive Technologies business unit, which focuses on empowering people to transform industries and provide customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. The role involves owning and steering global pricing and sales enablement governance, standards, and compliance. It requires defining scalable processes and guardrails for disciplined regional and local execution, acting as a senior sparring partner to business teams, and driving transparency on pricing performance through KPIs and analytics. The Head of Pricing Governance & Sales Enablement will also serve as the global business owner for pricing tools, data standards, and target architecture, and lead capability building and strategic initiatives in pricing and sales enablement.

Requirements

  • Senior experience (7+ years) in pricing, commercial/sales excellence, Controlling or revenue management in a global environment, preferably including Consumer related business experience
  • Strong expertise in pricing governance and analytics, and solid understanding of pricing tools and value‑capture frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead & influence cross‑functionally and across direct & indirect reporting lines
  • Analytical mindset, self-driven, strong communication skills to all org. levels, team-player attitude
  • High profile university degree preferably with major in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Own and steer global pricing & sales enablement governance, standards and compliance across Business Unit
  • Define scalable pricing & sales enablement processes and guardrails enabling disciplined regional and local execution.
  • Act as senior sparring partner to regional/local business teams on pricing & sales enablement related topics
  • Drive transparency on pricing performance, risks, and opportunities through KPIs and analytics.
  • Act as global business owner and primary counterpart to Adhesives pricing org. for pricing tools, data standards, and target architecture.
  • Lead pricing & sales enablement capability building and selected strategic initiatives
