This is the top of the creative house. As Head of Performance Creative, you own the Creative Service Line end-to-end — the strategy, the people, the performance, and the outcomes. You lead Creative Pod Managers, build the systems they run on, and hold the standard that every pod is measured against. You're not here to review work. You're here to build leaders who build great work — and to make sure that creative output translates directly into client growth, retention, and revenue. When a Pod Manager is out, you step in completely. No gaps, no dropped balls, no loss of client confidence. If you love leading leaders, obsessing over creative quality, and tying everything back to what actually moves the business — this role was built for you. Our agency runs on a pod model built for speed and specialization. Each Pod is made up of three individual contributors: a Creative Strategist, a Video Editor, and a Creator Manager (UGC Coordinator). A Creative Lead (Pod Manager) oversees two pods and owns client communication. The Head of Performance Creative — this role — manages five to six Creative Leads across the full service line. We partner with 7–8 figure eCommerce brands spending $100K+ per month on ads, helping them beat ad fatigue, unlock creative breakthroughs, and scale profitably.
