About The Position

This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead and scale People Operations for a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization. As Head of People Ops, you will design and optimize processes that support the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient experience for employees and managers. You will introduce AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, elevate operational excellence, and reduce friction in people practices. This position requires strategic thinking, operational judgment, and the ability to simplify complexity while balancing local compliance needs with global consistency. You will partner closely with HR business partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and leadership teams to align people operations with business priorities. The role offers a chance to shape organizational culture, drive operational innovation, and deliver meaningful improvements that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar operational HR role.
  • Experience managing or administering employee benefits programs with a focus on accuracy and employee support.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. People Operations requirements, including employment regulations, documentation, and state-by-state compliance.
  • Proven ability to streamline, optimize, and scale HR processes in a growing organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of clarifying complex topics.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • “AI-native” mindset, enthusiastic about integrating intelligent tools into everyday HR workflows.
  • Proficiency with People Operations systems and tools, with the ability to optimize for organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the optimization, delivery, and continuous improvement of People processes and policies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Introduce AI-driven tools and efficiencies to enable faster, clearer, and more accurate support for managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in people practices across all regions and applicable local laws.
  • Develop and maintain accessible documentation, guides, and resources to support employees and managers.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure alignment and coordination of HR processes.
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and a seamless enrollment and inquiry experience.
  • Identify and resolve friction points in the employee experience by implementing scalable, people-first solutions.
  • Support local program rollouts, including onboarding, performance cycles, policy updates, and employee communications.
