Role Overview: The Head of People is a strategic and hands-on leader who will own the full people experience from end to end—helping Payabli scale while keeping our culture strong and our operations simple. You’ll be both architect and operator: setting the vision for our People strategy while building the programs, systems, and processes that support a high-performing, distributed team. This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll spend your time driving clarity for leaders, coaching managers, designing scalable programs, and making sure every employee interaction (from onboarding to offboarding) feels intentional.
