About The Position

Wuffes is hiring a Head of Partnerships to build and lead its partnerships function, developing creator relationships, professional advocacy and affiliate partnerships into a scalable source of growth. The role will evolve the existing creator programme beyond one-off content production and build partnerships that combine genuine influence, engaged audiences, brand credibility and measurable commercial impact. The position owns three connected programmes: creator partnerships, an emerging ambassador programme, and an affiliate channel to be built largely from the ground up. It combines strategic planning with hands-on work, including setting direction, defining partnership economics, building infrastructure, sourcing talent, negotiating key deals and improving performance. The Head of Partnerships will lead a team currently consisting of two people and work closely with the SVP of Marketing, Head of Brand and Head of Growth. The role is based in London with a hybrid schedule of three days per week, or remote in the United States. It is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the SVP of Marketing. Occasional late afternoons or evenings may be needed to overlap with US partners. Perks vary by location and will be shared with applicants in the United Kingdom or United States.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing and/or affiliates, ideally in high-growth DTC or e-commerce, with budget ownership.
  • A track record of building or scaling an affiliate programme, including platform selection, recruitment, commissions and tracking.
  • Hands-on experience running creator content as a performance channel, including UGC briefs that convert, usage rights, whitelisting and creator-led paid ads.
  • Experience negotiating talent deals with creators and larger names, covering fees, contracts and usage terms.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including investment decisions involving CAC, LTV and ROI, and understanding of each partner’s P&L contribution.
  • Knowledge of the US creator and affiliate landscape and the Amazon ecosystem, or the drive to build that knowledge quickly.
  • Confidence with FTC disclosures and claims standards.
  • Experience leading a team through clear priorities, ownership and coaching.
  • Creative judgement to distinguish real influence from a large following and balance performance with brand.
  • Comfort with occasional late afternoons or evenings to overlap with US partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth DTC or e-commerce.
  • Experience with FTC disclosures and claims standards in supplements, health or beauty.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the established creator programme into a multi-tiered model spanning UGC to affiliate, combining performance at scale with selective, brand-aligned relationships.
  • Make UGC and partnership ads central to the programme; work with Growth to select platforms, recruit partners, develop briefs, secure usage rights and paid amplification permissions, and maintain a stream of creator content for advertising.
  • Build the strategy and business case for an always-on ambassador programme spanning larger influencers, emerging talent, celebrities and veterinary professionals.
  • Define ambassador partner profiles and mutual value; own talent identification, outreach, negotiation, contracts, deliverables and ongoing relationship management.
  • Develop sustained advocacy partnerships with roles across organic content, brand campaigns and paid amplification.
  • Build the affiliate programme from the ground up, including partnerships with relevant publishers, media brands and content-led affiliates.
  • Work with the cross-functional team responsible for SEO/AEO and organic traffic to strengthen third-party coverage.
  • Set operating standards for partner quality, payouts, disclosures and fraud prevention as the affiliate programme scales.
  • Set the Partnerships strategy, roadmap and KPIs, and own the partnerships budget.
  • Define the economics of each partnership model, including fees, commissions, deliverables and usage rights.
  • Negotiate commercially sound agreements, forecast investment and returns, and decide where to test, scale or stop.
  • Work with Growth to establish attribution, reporting and incrementality testing to understand partnership contributions.
  • Measure performance across partners and programmes, connecting activity to new-customer acquisition, revenue, customer value and wider brand contribution.
  • Evaluate organic and paid activity together and identify ways advocacy and creator relationships can improve paid performance.
  • Lead and scale the team, currently consisting of two people.
  • Own the platforms and tools supporting the function and establish processes for contracts, content approvals, usage rights, disclosures and payouts in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

Benefits

  • Perks vary by location and will be shared appropriately with applicants in the United Kingdom and the United States.
