About The Position

The Head of Partnerships will lead external relationships that support the company’s fintech business, including banks and financial institutions, fintechs and platforms, and consumer brands. The role builds the partner network, structures deals, and manages relationships to create measurable value for residents, property managers, and the company. The position owns bank and financial-institution partnerships supporting money movement and financial products; embedded-finance partnerships for products such as loans and cards; and resident-value partnerships with consumer brands. It also manages strategic partner relationships, deal terms and governance, partner activation, and ecosystem strategy. The role works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Resident Experience, GTM and Commercialization, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Fintech Officer, with a seat on the leadership team. The Head of Partnerships will establish the partnership strategy, deal process, and team, and will be accountable for outcomes measured through a board-visible scorecard.
