About The Position

The Head of Owner's Representation will oversee Capital Group’s flagship real estate asset at 333 South Hope Street. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for protecting and enhancing Capital Group’s interests as an owner and translate workplace and portfolio strategy into practical execution across the asset, ensuring the building’s performance, brand expression, and tenant experience stay aligned with Capital Group’s long-term priorities. You will direct third-party relationships (property management, leasing, and key service providers), set and govern leasing strategy for 333 South Hope in partnership with Leasing and Legal, and steward financial outcomes through budgets, capital plans, and multi-year forecasts with disciplined investment prioritization. You also provide oversight on material lease documentation and risk/compliance matters, establish KPI-based performance management to drive service quality and cost discipline, guide amenity and common-area positioning to strengthen the property’s market competitiveness, and represent Capital Group with external stakeholders (including city and community leaders) to support operations, reputation, and long-term value.
