About The Position

You will work directly with the CEO on supporting business operations and running projects that span every function of the business. Over time, you may own some of these areas yourself. This is a highly varied and generalist role. You will be the first operations hire and joining a team of eighteen people (rapidly growing).

Our mission is to radically accelerate the pace of software development. Meticulous is profitable and 10x’ing annual recurring revenue every 12 months.
We’ve brought together a small team of some of the most talented engineers in the world. This has allowed us to build a technology that fully autonomously and exhaustively tests frontend codebases.
We believe that autonomous and exhaustive testing is the missing piece in unlocking the full potential of code generation, and automating the majority of software development.

Requirements

• Frequent travel to San Francisco and other locations within the United States if based in London.
• Frequent travel to London if based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Bring generalist skills and ability to get things done to a wide variety of opportunities across sales, product, customer success and internal operations.
• Design and run a customer referral program.
• Research and manage advertising campaigns.
• Organize and host CTO dinners across NYC, Seattle, and SF.
• Help scale hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Drive recruiting for critical roles across GTM and engineering teams.
• Manage finance, legal, tax, and compliance processes.
• Select and manage vendors and tools to support a growing business.
