About The Position

The company's platform empowers businesses to generate new revenue and identify unique opportunities. Centari is already used by leading transactional practices in law and is expanding into finance and enterprise sectors. Having successfully raised an oversubscribed Series A funding round, Centari is now building a team to support its ambitious growth plans.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, consulting, or startup operations.
Strong financial modeling skills, including building and owning a company budget and forecast.
Excellent writing skills, with a high standard for company communication.
A bias for action and a willingness to handle diverse operational tasks.
Interest in growing into a larger leadership role as the company scales.

A combination of a top-tier finance or consulting background with hands-on experience at an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

Run the company's planning cadence, setting the framework for measuring success quarterly and weekly.
Track goals and metrics, making progress visible to ensure alignment on priorities.
Own the financial model, including managing the budget, tracking burn and runway, and building scenarios.
Provide clear financial insights to the CEO and board regarding the impact of decisions.
Handle core operations such as payroll, benefits, insurance, vendors, and customer invoicing.
Scope and implement resources to efficiently scale operational tasks.
Support the CEO with high-priority tasks including board decks, investor updates, and strategic analysis.
Take on wider commercial and strategic responsibilities as the role and company scale.
