Requirements

  • Proven experience in Operations /Business Operations /COO /Head of Ops roles
  • Legal education required
  • Strong execution mindset with extreme ownership
  • Experience in startup or scale-up environments
  • Ability to build structure without slowing the company down
  • Comfortable operating across people, processes, systems, and legal matters
  • Hands on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Finance and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an environment where teams can execute fast, focus on impact, and win

  • Own facilities management, purchasing, equipment, and operational infrastructure
  • Ensure teams have the tools, systems, and resources needed to operate efficiently
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams
  • Handle procurement processes, budgets, and vendor coordination
