We're looking for a Head of Monetization & Pricing Product Manager to build and own Redpanda's pricing and monetization strategy from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO & Head of Product, you'll define how customers buy Redpanda—from pricing and packaging to licensing, cloud monetization, and consumption economics. This is a highly strategic individual contributor role with company-wide scope, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You'll combine customer research, market analysis, financial modeling, and product strategy to develop pricing models that align customer value with business growth. As Redpanda expands its platform and product portfolio, you'll help shape how we package, monetize, and bring new capabilities to market.
