About The Position

Electrified Thermal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to own the company's voice end to end. This role involves product marketing to generate qualified pipeline, corporate marketing to build executive presence with investors and customers, and managing external agencies to achieve measurable monthly deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies in technical, industrial categories. They should be comfortable with both strategic planning (message house, calendar, measurement framework) and hands-on execution (writing bylines, briefing reporters, editing agency drafts). This is an opportunity to be the first marketing hire in a startup/high-growth environment, requiring a flexible and positive attitude to establish Electrified Thermal as the leading voice in industrial electrification.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial, energy, or climate technology.
  • A track record of placing stories in tier-1 news outlets and trade press.
  • Experience running executive thought-leadership programs.
  • Experience managing agencies against contracted deliverables, including re-scoping or ending underperforming relationships.
  • Demand-generation fluency (HubSpot or equivalent, funnel math).
  • Fast, high-quality writing and editing skills.
  • Experience defining marketing metrics and reporting against them, holding oneself accountable to published results.
  • Comfort working with deeply technical content.
  • Hands-on AI content workflow experience.
  • Experience marketing into Europe, including understanding European industrial or energy buyers and EU trade media.
  • Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; ETS is unable to sponsor employment visas for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the marketing plan, including message house, channel cadence, and an 18-month calendar aligned with EU industrial-decarbonization funding deadlines and industry conferences.
  • Run product marketing, developing vertical content for target industries (chemicals, cement and minerals, steel, mining), lead-generation tools from launch through nurture to sales handoff, case studies, webinars, sales enablement materials, and partner co-marketing kits.
  • Run corporate marketing, including an executive thought leadership program, podcast and speaking-slot booking, awards program management, and maintaining relationships with analysts and press in climate-tech, business, and EU trade media.
  • Manage external agencies (public relations, specialist vendors) to meet clear monthly deliverables, oversee an AI-assisted content pipeline (drafting, monitoring, localization, repurposing), and enforce co-publication standards for partner news.
  • Own measurement and publish a monthly executive dashboard covering placements, category share of voice, LinkedIn growth/engagement, MQLs from lead generation tools, podcasts, awards, and EU coverage.
  • Support capital formation by partnering with the VP of Finance to ensure investor-facing narratives are current for investor and project-finance conversations.
