MGT Insurance is looking for a Head of Marketing to help shape and continue building out our marketing function. This role is a mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, working closely with the team — you'll set the direction and help make it happen, not just advise from the sidelines.

Requirements

Proven track record as a senior marketing leader (10+ yrs), ideally in a growing organization.
Comfortable operating at both the strategic and execution level, working hands-on with the team day to day.
Alignment with MGT's virtues of grit, integrity, innovation, and drive.

Nice To Haves

Insurance or financial services experience preferred but we're open to strong generalist marketing leaders from other industries.

Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market priorities aligned with MGT's growth goals.
Execute marketing campaigns, content, and channels hands-on, working alongside the team.
Advise on and support investment in marketing infrastructure (tools, processes, reporting) for a growing team.
Establish KPIs and reporting cadence for leadership visibility into marketing performance.
Sharpen MGT's brand positioning and market presence.
Refine and invest in a scalable demand generation engine.
Bring structure and rigor to marketing operations and reporting.
Explore insurance-specific go-to-market channels (e.g., agents/brokers) as relevant.
