monday.com is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the pivot of their AI work platform into an AI-native revenue orchestration platform. This role will inherit a product with over $100M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and will be backed by a significant budget. The primary responsibilities include building the brand identity, driving the demand generation strategy, and establishing the company as a leader in autonomous revenue operations. The company is focused on creating a new category, the "AI Revenue Engine," distinguishing itself from established players like Salesforce and HubSpot, as well as newer AI-native tools. The goal is to achieve over 40% year-over-year growth by optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), increasing pipeline velocity, and demonstrating marketing's direct contribution to revenue. This includes spearheading Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new AI-powered features and consumption models, encompassing sales enablement and executive launch events. A key aspect of the role will be scaling the marketing organization across product marketing, demand generation, content, and brand to transition from being known as "monday.com's CRM" to a standalone powerhouse.
