Head of Marketing

DozeeCalifornia, CA

About The Position

Dozee Health AI is seeking a Head of Marketing to build and lead U.S. marketing efforts from the ground up. This role will be responsible for creating the content engine and demand programs necessary to convert skilled nursing facilities and physician groups into customers, facilitate bed activation, and expand existing accounts. The ultimate goal is to drive improvements in Staff efficiency, Quality, and Revenue (SEQR). The position involves acquiring new facilities, driving adoption of the technology, and expanding the business within existing accounts through multi-channel, account-based campaigns. The Head of Marketing will own and elevate the Dozee brand, develop a robust content and collateral engine, execute acquisition campaigns, collaborate with Customer Success for adoption and expansion, deeply understand and market the product, lead segment marketing for SNFs and physician groups, support sales enablement and events, manage internal marketing and employee engagement, and build the necessary team, martech stack, and reporting to link marketing efforts to revenue.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years in B2B marketing, with 3+ years leading a function or team.
  • Ideally in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or SaaS selling into provider organizations.
  • Hands-on experience marketing to healthcare providers (SNFs, post-acute/long-term care, hospitals, or physician groups) and to both clinical and administrative buyers.
  • A track record of building demand generation from near-zero in an early-stage or scaling company.
  • Land-and-expand or account-based marketing experience in a considered, multi-stakeholder sale.
  • Familiarity with remote-monitoring and care-management reimbursement (RPM, PCM, BHI; CPT-based programs) or the ability to get fluent fast.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated, FDA-cleared medical-device environment with formal clinical and regulatory review.
  • AI-native marketer with exceptional ability to use AI and LLMs for research, content creation, campaign execution, personalization, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Exceptional writer and editor who can translate complexity into simple, credible stories and produce collateral.
  • Proficiency in full-funnel demand generation, including ABM, email, LinkedIn, paid search, SEO, webinars, and field/event marketing.
  • Experience with marketing operations & martech, including CRM and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo), lead scoring, attribution, and analytics.
  • Experience in sales enablement, creating decks, battlecards, and talk tracks.
  • Fluent in funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue) and able to prove marketing’s contribution.
  • Leadership skills to hire and lead a lean team, manage agencies and freelancers, and move fast.

Responsibilities

  • Own and elevate the Dozee brand, defining the brand narrative, sharpening positioning, ensuring consistency, and building credibility.
  • Build the content & collateral engine, including solution briefs, case studies, sales decks, web content, and campaigns.
  • Run full-fledged acquisition campaigns across email, LinkedIn, search, and events, tied directly to pipeline generation.
  • Drive adoption and land-and-expand strategies with Customer Success through customer references, testimonials, advocacy, videos, and expansion plays.
  • Develop deep product fluency and translate it into product-specific collateral like spec sheets, feature explainers, demo assets, and clinical use-case stories.
  • Own segment marketing for SNFs (administrators, DONs) and physician groups (clinical & practice leaders).
  • Enable Sales through talk tracks, battlecards, and claims discipline, and own events and brand stewardship.
  • Own internal marketing and employee engagement through communication programs that align teams, celebrate wins, reinforce culture, and build brand ambassadors.
  • Build the team, martech stack, and reporting that ties marketing to revenue.
