Bloom is redefining women's healthcare across every life stage â from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum, menopause, and chronic pelvic conditions â delivering personalized, clinically validated care that meets women where they are, when they need it most. We are seeking a Head of Marketing to work with Bloom's General Manager and lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own member acquisition, activation, and retention across all member channels. This role is critical to Bloom's success. Your work will directly shape how women discover and connect with Bloom, how quickly we acquire and engage members, and how effectively we communicate value to the people who need it most. You will operate at the intersection of brand creativity and performance marketing rigor, balancing breakthrough creative work with disciplined measurement and optimization.
