This role is hands-on, focusing on building, scripting, and integrating systems rather than managing vendors. The ideal candidate will have a blend of engineering and marketing expertise, with a strong ability to code and a deep understanding of marketing principles and growth metrics. You will be responsible for the entire marketing technology stack, ensuring it supports Neo's direct consumer engagement strategy. This position reports to the CIO and will be embedded within the core infrastructure team, working closely with marketing as the primary internal customer.
