About The Position

This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, data analytics, and commercialization, translating complex data into actionable strategies that accelerate revenue and improve customer outcomes. Lead segmentation, ICP, and persona strategies to drive targeted growth. Generate and translate customer, merchant, and market insights into actionable strategies. Oversee marketing analytics and measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, conversion, attribution). Drive data-informed optimization, including testing and marketing spend allocation. Translate insights into go-to-market strategies and partner cross-functionally to deliver growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, insights, analytics, or product marketing
  • Strong background in segmentation, ICP development, and persona creation
  • Experience in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance measurement
  • Track record of developing and executing data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to drive business and revenue outcomes
