About The Position

The Head of Marketing & Growth will be a pivotal leader responsible for defining and executing the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Atlas Oracle. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend brand marketing, product positioning, and data-driven growth tactics. You will work directly with the CEO to elevate Atlas Oracle's brand presence, clearly articulate our competitive advantages (such as first-party data superiority and the ConsensusScore mechanism), and drive the adoption of our oracle solutions across the DeFi ecosystem. Your primary objective will be to accelerate the growth of our Total Value Secured (TVS) by attracting high-value DeFi protocols, particularly those vulnerable to oracle exploits or those requiring granular configurability. You will orchestrate campaigns that position Atlas Oracle as the most secure, flexible, and reliable alternative to incumbent providers like Chainlink, Pyth, and RedStone.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or growth roles within the Web3, DeFi, or blockchain infrastructure sectors.
  • A deep understanding of how smart contracts, lending protocols, and DEXs utilize oracle data is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful go-to-market strategies for technical products.
  • Experience in positioning challenger brands against entrenched market leaders is highly desirable.
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts, such as TWAP calculations, peg validation, and cryptographic security models, to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data and campaign performance metrics into actionable growth strategies.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Narrative Development: Craft and refine the Atlas Oracle brand story, emphasizing our unique affiliation with CoinMarketCap and our position as a first-party data originator. Ensure consistent messaging across all channels that highlights our core differentiators: granular configurability, the 4-layer validation framework, and the ConsensusScore mechanism.
  • Competitive Positioning: Continuously monitor the oracle landscape (e.g., Chainlink, RedStone, Pyth) using platforms like DeFi Llama to identify market gaps. Develop targeted messaging that addresses the specific pain points of DeFi protocols, such as the high costs and rigidity of incumbent solutions or the vulnerability to flash loan manipulation.
  • Content Strategy & Thought Leadership: Oversee the creation of high-impact technical and business content. This includes whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and technical deep-dives that educate the market on oracle vulnerabilities (e.g., the Aave CAPO incident) and how Atlas Oracle's architecture mitigates these risks.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Design and execute GTM campaigns tailored to our primary target segments, including BNB Chain native protocols, newly launching DeFi projects, and mid-tier lending platforms. Focus on accelerating the adoption of our self-service portal to reduce integration friction.
  • Demand Generation: Implement data-driven acquisition strategies across digital channels, social media (Twitter/X, LinkedIn), and crypto-native communities. Utilize analytics to optimize conversion funnels and drive qualified leads to the Business Development team.
  • Ecosystem Partnerships: Collaborate with L1/L2 ecosystems, particularly the BNB Chain and opBNB networks, to establish Atlas Oracle as the preferred infrastructure provider. Develop co-marketing initiatives with integrated protocols to amplify our reach and demonstrate real-world utility.
  • Sales Collateral Development: Equip the BD team with compelling materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides. Ensure the team is prepared to effectively counter objections related to incumbent dominance or speed-focused competitors.
  • Product Launch Campaigns: Lead the marketing efforts for new feature releases, such as the upcoming transition to a hybrid push/pull oracle model. Translate complex technical specifications into clear, value-driven benefits for developers and protocol founders.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture a community of developers, protocol founders, and DeFi enthusiasts. Organize AMAs, technical workshops, and hackathon sponsorships to foster grassroots advocacy and technical integration.
  • Metrics Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand awareness, lead generation, and ultimately, Total Value Secured (TVS) growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Utilize tools like DeFi Llama and SimilarWeb to track competitor TVS, market share shifts, and web traffic trends. Provide regular insights to the executive team to inform product roadmap and strategic pivots.
