About The Position

Observe.AI is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own and accelerate the company's end-to-end revenue engine. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving pipeline, optimizing conversion, and scaling efficient growth across all digital and lifecycle channels. The ideal candidate will be fluent in leveraging AI tools for efficiency and scale, thrive in a lean and fast-moving team, and possess a creative, experiment-driven mindset. This role requires close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to build a predictable, data-driven growth machine that fuels the company's next stage of scale. The position is critical to Observe.AI's growth trajectory, directly influencing customer acquisition, efficient scaling, and competitive positioning in the AI market.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • 3–5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue in B2B SaaS
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps in a high-growth environment
  • Hands-on leader who can both set strategy and dive into execution

Nice To Haves

  • AI, CX, infrastructure or enterprise software experience strongly preferred
  • SQL, attribution models, etc. a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own Pipeline Growth: Drive qualified pipeline across inbound, outbound support, and product-led motions to meet aggressive revenue targets
  • Build & Scale Growth Engine: Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies across paid media, SEO, lifecycle/email, website, and conversion optimization
  • Optimize Funnel Performance: Analyze and improve conversion across the full funnel—from first touch through closed-won
  • Lead Demand Generation: Oversee demand gen programs including ABM, digital campaigns, webinars, and content distribution
  • Experimentation & Analytics: Build a culture of rapid experimentation (A/B testing, CRO, landing pages, messaging) grounded in data and ROI
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Align tightly with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, routing, and pipeline velocity
  • Own Martech & Growth Stack: Evaluate and optimize tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, analytics platforms)
  • Build & Lead Team: Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing growth and demand-gen marketing team
