We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead MetaOptima’s worldwide marketing strategy. You’ll drive brand positioning, demand generation, and AI-powered marketing innovation to ensure our solutions reach healthcare providers, enterprises, and partners across international markets. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on: someone who can build a world-class marketing team, leverage AI-driven tools to scale impact, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to establish MetaOptima as the global leader in AI-powered dermatology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of senior-level experience in B2B SaaS and healthcare marketing, ideally within high-growth companies.
  • Proven success in scaling SaaS ARR, driving pipeline generation, and building global brand authority.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, including hospital/clinic procurement cycles and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing, HubSpot (CRM/automation), GEO/SEO/SEM, ABM, and AI-powered campaign management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate value propositions to diverse global stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, and delivering executive-level reporting.
  • Comfortable in a startup culture, with the ability to balance strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital health, MedTech, or AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Prior success integrating AI marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, personalization engines, generative AI content tools) into global campaigns.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and marketing automation.
  • Track record in leading international marketing campaigns across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy – Define and execute global B2B healthcare marketing strategies to expand SaaS adoption, device sales, and enterprise presence.
  • AI-Powered Demand Generation – Leverage AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and marketing automation to create scalable inbound/outbound campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and digital programs (GEO, SEO, PPC, CRM).
  • Brand & Messaging – Shape MetaOptima’s global brand voice, positioning, and thought leadership, ensuring consistent storytelling across all channels.
  • Content & Collateral – Oversee development of white papers, case studies, digital campaigns, training resources, and AI-assisted content creation.
  • Campaign Execution – Launch and optimize marketing campaigns for new products, features, and regional expansions with measurable ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing execution with company growth priorities.
  • Analytics & KPIs – Use AI-enhanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, competitor activity, and customer insights; provide leadership with actionable, data-driven reporting.
  • Events & Conferences – Manage conference planning, vendor shows, and workshops, ensuring a strong global presence and pipeline contribution.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing marketing team with a culture of experimentation, innovation, and AI adoption.
