About The Position

Lead and build the marketing engine for a manufacturing company. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on content creation, LinkedIn, digital marketing, lead generation, and supporting sales growth.

Requirements

• Strong writing, content creation, photography, and video editing skills
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn and B2B marketing
• Experience working directly with sales and lead-generation teams
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, websites, and email campaigns
• Analytical and able to connect marketing efforts to leads, pipeline, and revenue
• Comfortable working independently in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

• AI marketing/content experience is a major plus
• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, construction, aerospace, or technical B2B experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Create and manage high-volume photo, video, written, and social content
• Own LinkedIn strategy, company pages, and executive thought leadership
• Manage newsletters, email campaigns, website content, and SEO
• Work with Sales to generate leads and support outbound campaigns
• Manage SDR/lead-generation agencies and track performance
• Maintain CRM, marketing data, and campaign reporting
• Use AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency
• Build a scalable marketing strategy that can eventually support multiple manufacturing locations
