About The Position

Roland Berger, an international management consulting firm, is seeking a creative and collaborative Head of Marketing, Americas to elevate its brand and support a rapidly expanding team. This role will lead the development and execution of a cohesive regional marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with global priorities while driving measurable growth in visibility and market presence. Reporting to senior management, this individual will play a critical role in scaling the firm’s footprint and reinforcing its position as a trusted advisor in the market.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing or other professional services settings
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, economics, or related field
  • Strong global B2B marketing expertise
  • Ability to develop cross-channel strategies
  • Ability to build relationships
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with global priorities, elevating the firm’s visibility and brand positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end content and campaign delivery, translating ideas into high-impact programs that generate measurable results.
  • Execute analytics-informed marketing efforts that drive pipeline growth, deepen prospect connection, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Increase brand impact through strategic relationships and integrated channel strategies spanning media, events, social, and partnerships, while cultivating strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage and develop a regional team, while continuously tracking performance and refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
