About The Position

In the area of Commercial Law, the position leads a focused global function or a regional business function through balancing strategic and tactical considerations. Functional or business tactics need to be defined, while considering and anticipating the underlying strategic requirements, but also its´ limitations. Positions at this level define function- or business-specific strategies, policies and guidelines, globally or regionally valid for the assigned area. The Head of Legal and Compliance, North America will be responsible for leading the Legal function for the North America Region, ensuring strong governance, regulatory adherence, and commercially sound legal support in the company’s largest and most complex market. This hire will act as a trusted partner to regional leadership, embedding a culture of integrity and compliance with law while enabling business growth in a complex legal and regulatory environment.

Requirements

Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.
