About The Position

FIRY is seeking a senior technology leader to own enterprise technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across the company. The successful candidate will improve resilience and uptime, raise control and audit maturity, optimize technology spending and vendor relationships, and establish clear service levels and decision rights for Finance, Legal, Engineering, and business leaders. The role also serves as a trusted technology and cyber-risk advisor to the Security Council, Audit Committee, and Board. The Head of IT Infrastructure and Security will set the enterprise IT and security strategy, roadmap, operating model, architecture principles, budget, and performance measures. The role owns corporate infrastructure and security operations, including cloud workplace platforms, networks, identity, endpoints, collaboration tools, enterprise applications, service management, and asset lifecycle. It leads ITGC remediation and operation in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit; cybersecurity risk management and incident response; business continuity and disaster recovery; and third-party technology governance. The role partners with Engineering on ownership boundaries across corporate IT, cloud and platform infrastructure, and product security. It also leads technology integration and separation planning for acquisitions, divestitures, subsidiaries, and material vendors. The position develops internal teams and managed service providers, sets service levels and on-call coverage, and communicates technology risk, investment choices, incidents, and performance to executive leaders and governance bodies. This is an onsite position at FIRY’s Las Vegas headquarters, in a five-day-a-week collaborative office environment. Travel is less than 10%. Total starting compensation, including base salary, bonus, and equity, is $324,034.
