About The Position

Under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology (Corp), the Director of IT Hardware and Infrastructure provides strategic leadership and oversees the administration, support, and optimization of the Enterprise’s technology infrastructure. This includes networks, servers, data centers, cloud services, telecommunications, storage systems, hardware platforms, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Seven years of progressive work experience implementing all IT infrastructure functions.
• Three years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience supporting multi-property casino, hospitality, gaming, or resort operations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• No felony, theft, or stealing convictions.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certifications are preferred, including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Azure Administrator, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
