Head of HR Operations and Systems

Ashby,
$240,000 - $280,000Remote

About The Position

This role is for a passionate Human Resources Operations and Systems Leader who is willing to join an early-stage company to build out the HR Ops function. The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of People technology, process, and data, focusing on operational excellence, company efficiency, and system-enabled employee experience. The position will initially have one report, the recruiting operations lead. The Head of HR Operations and Systems will be a thought partner on the HR Operations and Systems side of the People function, reviewing existing People practices and driving change for current and future needs. This includes low-level polish, process change, systems implementation, data analytics, and documentation. The role requires expertise in communicating change, influencing across the company, and driving innovation in the tech stack and processes. Comfort with ambiguity is important as the role will evolve with the company's growth. This is not a typical HR Ops role; it involves becoming an expert on the company's people technology suite, acting as an internal change agent, and an external thought leader. The individual will be expected to speak with customers, Product Managers, present at conferences, and write content for People professionals and Hiring Managers.
