About The Position

Fireworks is the platform for specialized intelligence, enabling companies to build, train, and serve AI models tailored to their own data, workflows, and products. The Head of GTM Engineering & Systems will lead the growth of the GTM team, setting the architecture, driving the AI roadmap, and delivering on a future that empowers every customer-facing role. This role will own the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, enrichment, engagement tooling, and the integrations between systems. The individual will also be responsible for bringing agentic AI from concept to production for GTM teams, establishing it as the new operating baseline. This is a builder and leader role focused on making hard architectural decisions, shipping fast, and raising the bar for GTM Engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations at B2B companies.
• Consumption business model experience strongly desired.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Experience architecting in Salesforce at a deep level (data model, process automation, integrations, governance), including modern CLI/MCP setups.
• Proven ability to drive real-world sales rep productivity enhancements measured in monetary value.
• Experience building or rebuilding a quoting or CPQ workflow at meaningful scale.
• Track record of building automation that sales reps actually use.
• Experience leading a team and setting technical direction.

Nice To Haves

• Shipped agentic or AI-native GTM workflows in production (not pilots).
• Experience scaling GTM systems through a high-growth phase (Series B to D).
• Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
• Experience working at an AI/ML infrastructure, developer tools, or API-first company.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack and AI foundations, including Salesforce architecture, enrichment layer, routing, engagement tools, and their integrations.
• Build a durable quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture from scratch, enabling AEs to move deals from pricing to signed order forms efficiently.
• Develop and implement agentic AI workflows for GTM teams, including AI-assisted account research, rep-facing deal intelligence, automated pipeline hygiene, and manager insights.
• Build and scale the GTM Engineering team by defining hiring profiles, setting technical standards, building career paths, and fostering a culture of high-quality, fast-shipping work.
