About The Position

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you will own demand generation end-to-end for one of the world's largest influencer and creator marketplaces. You will set strategy, manage a network of external contractors, and be held fully accountable to signups, traffic, and pipeline targets. We are looking for a seasoned growth marketer with deep expertise in SEO, programmatic SEO, AEO, CRO, and paid acquisition. The channels are already running. What we need is the strategic and accountability layer on top. You will report directly to the founders with access to engineering, design, and PM resources. You will have full influence over which external partners we keep, replace, or expand.

Requirements

  • C1 English or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of growth or demand generation marketing experience, with at least 3 at a product-led growth company.
  • Strong expertise in SEO and AEO. Able to clearly explain approach to ranking in Google and AI-generated answers.
  • Demonstrated CRO ability with concrete examples of conversion lifts on landing pages or tool pages.
  • Proven experience managing external contractors including writers, PR agencies, and paid media teams.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO and content scaling.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort owning and reporting on a number.
  • Able to operate independently and drive output through contractors and cross-functional partners.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing a two-sided marketplace.
  • Background in influencer marketing, creator economy, or B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience optimizing for LLM citations across AI search platforms.
  • Experience running PR for a startup.
  • Track record scaling organic traffic to seven figures monthly.
  • Comfort with HubSpot, PostHog, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs or Semrush.

Responsibilities

  • Owning blog and content strategy, editorial direction, and external writing team management.
  • Leading PR strategy and holding the external PR agency accountable to placements and outcomes.
  • Maintaining and scaling programmatic SEO pages and free tool pages.
  • Building authority on LinkedIn and social channels with brands and marketing leaders.
  • Collaborating with the external paid media team on Google Ads and holding them to CPA targets.
  • Owning CRO and landing page performance across organic, paid, and tool pages.
  • Growing LLM visibility and AEO presence across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini.
  • Setting monthly and quarterly demand gen targets and reporting on results.
