Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Head of Global Talent Acquisition is responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment and selection processes including strategy, direction, and results of the talent acquisition function globally. This includes day-to-day activities, planning, management, as well as participation in strategic planning. As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition you will manage a team of Recruiters that support multiple teams and verticals while maintaining a culture of excellence through coaching, guidance, mentorship and career development. You will build and execute strategies to identify and attract smart, savvy, forward thinking, diverse candidates for our internal clients by collaborating with TA colleagues and hiring managers, to critically assess talent markets. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor recruiters in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will measure and drive results and foster recruiting process improvement.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of progressive technology recruiting experience, with at least 5+ years of building and leading Global talent organizations.
  • Your proven success of delivering on high growth hiring goals in a technology company
  • You’re a culture advocate and leader and others want to follow you.
  • You have experience forecasting, analyzing data and measuring recruiting performance to drive decisions and results and improve effectiveness.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to re-prioritize on a consistent basis.
  • You boast a track record of achieving strong results while building and fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative team environment.
  • You exhibit excellent communication skills: authentic and candid, providing clear purpose, direction, goals, and measures.
  • You possess in-depth knowledge and proven experience of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques in a growth company with a fast-paced environment.
  • You are resilient, with an eye for detail and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment.
  • You have a strong problem-solving track record – you can think critically through unique problems and quickly implement a path to a solution.

  • Your proven ability to implement sourcing strategies that build a representative and inclusive candidate pipeline follows you.
  • You’re highly proficient with recruiting tools, techniques and applicant tracking systems; Workday and Greenhouse is a plus.
  • You are comfortable communicating, interacting, influencing, and negotiating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your problem-solving skills and ability to address complex and nuanced issues are key.
  • You effortlessly switch between big picture strategy and in-the-details tactical problem solving.
  • You’ve demonstrated a proven track record of driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion innovation, finding new solutions in hiring, and implementing new programs across recruiting that lead to tangible results and change.
  • You have a deep understanding of global employment & immigration law.
